As a Realtor Salesperson, she played a key role in transforming vacation rental estates into profitable ventures, attracting a global clientele.

Acquiring her Broker license in 2017, Chelsea made history in January 2023, becoming the first female Realtor to list and sell a $32 million dollar home in Makena, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
